Well-equipped kitchen with electric oven, microwave, coffee plunger (bring own ground beans), sandwich maker & large fridge with freezer on top. Top load washing machine; Iron; Ironing board. Outdoor seating on front deck; Undercover dining & lounge area on rear deck; Hooded gas barbecue. Secure yard; Fire pit (guests need to bring their own wood & observe fire regulations); Undercover fish cleaning area. No guest access to shed. Off-street parking to up to 3 vehicles behind fence, with room for a boat. Pets by arrangement only ($100 refundable bond applies per pet) - outside pets accepted (no cats).

DIRECTIONS: Follow the signs to Balgowan. Turn right onto Ocean Parade (first right once in Balgowan) and follow the road for about 200m, with Sandpiper on the right hand side, with a yellow holiday rental sign.
