Front load washing machine with iron and ironing board. Off street parking and double garage. Private pontoon in front of house to moor your boat. Sorry, pets not permitted.
DIRECTIONS: Follow the signs to Wallaroo. Continue straight at the roundabout onto the Copper Coast Highway. Turn right onto Athena Drive. Turn right onto Spencer Highway (Wallaroo-Alford Road). Turn left onto Pommern Way. Follow the road until you reach number 64 Pommern Way. Look for the yellow sign.
