Well equipped kitchen with gas stove top, electric oven, kettle, wok, dishwasher and large French door fridge with freezer on the bottom. Hooded BBQ with outdoor setting. Fish cleaning sink provided. No shed access. Room for 2 cars/boat parking. Please note: there is no mains water at Foul Bay, Under The Gum runs on rainwater. Sorry, pets not permitted. DIRECTIONS : From Warooka take the Marion Bay/ Stenhouse Bay Road, travel 11.5km on this road and turn left on to Foul Bay Rd (dirt and easy to miss the turn off). Follow this road - after 10.6 km on this road, you'll come to a sharp bend with chevrons. Some people are tempted to go straight - DONT!- follow the road sharp round to the left, and a further 5.1km you'll hit a T junction with South Coast Road (dirt also). Turn right on to South Coast Rd, travel for 2.8km then turn left on to Diosma Drive. Follow Diosma Drive for .5 km, number 18 is on the left. Look for a cream and terracotta red house with a big gum-green rainwater tank on the roadside.
