105 Black Point Drive, Black Point <br> PROPERTY DETAILS: 4 upstairs bedrooms - Queen, trio bunk (double on the bottom, single on the top), 2 x Single, Queen; Sleeps 9 (max 8 adults due to bunks). Quilts and pillows provided – BYO sheets, pillowcases, towels & tea-towels OR optional linen hire. One bathroom with shower only and a separate toilet(both upstairs). There are 2 R/C split system air conditioners (one upstairs, one down). 2 flat screen digital TV's with DVD player and DVDs. Downstairs kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, large fridge/freezer & oven. Kitchenette upstairs has an extra bar fridge. The "play room downstairs has a table tennis table and darts board. Top loader washing machine. Hooded BBQ with outdoor setting. Plenty of off street parking, room for cars and boats. Guests have access to the boat shed. Crab rakes and nets supplied in shed, also a few adult lifejackets. Key in key safe is for downstairs back door padlock. Back roller door is accessible, NOT seaside door. Pets by arrangement - inside dogs allowed downstairs on cement flooring. <br> DIRECTIONS: From Pine Point, turn off to the left (less than 1 km south) to Black Point. As you come into Black Pt, you will go past the boat ramp and caravan park. Follow the road to shack 105. It will be on your left (beach side). Look for the yellow holiday rental sign out the front.
