Bathroom contains toilet and shower (no bath). Kitchen with microwave and good size fridge. Reverse cycle split system air-conditioning in living area. Fully enclosed garage for storage - not large enough for car parking (roller door padlocked). Webber Q barbecue, outdoor deck chairs & portable seating. Washing machine. Fish cleaning sink at rear.
UPON ARRIVAL: Refer to note on fridge Turn on electricity and hot water switch in meter box in garage.
DIRECTIONS: Once at Edithburgh turn left onto Giles tce, turn right at O'Halloran Parade. Follow this around the beach to the corner of Henry Street. Look for the bright yellow sign in the front window.
